You will be sent a consultation form via email, please complete this before your appointment with me, if this form is not complete, I will not be able to perform any treatment on you.
Appointments are to be attended alone, unless we have discussed otherwise. There are no children allowed in the salon for safety and insurance reasons.
Cancellation policy
If you cannot attend your appointment at least 72hrs notice is needed and your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment within 30 days.
Less than 72hrs notice and your booking fee will not be transferred.
If you give less than 24hrs notice the remaining balance of the appointment will be due before rebooking.
No shows will need to pay for the missed appointment and 100% upfront to secure a new booking.
If you cancel or reschedule 2 appointments with 7 days or less notice within a 4 month period, your booking fee will be non transferable going forward.
Remaining payment on the day can be made via bank transfer, payment link or cash. I do not have a card machine.
Lateness policy
15 minutes grace will be given, after this I won’t have time to complete your service and your appointment will go down as a cancellation. 100% payment will be need.
Change of mind policy
I book out a certain amount of time depending on treatments, you have the same amount of time as above to let me know any amendments. If you book in for removal and a new set and arrive at your appointment with your nails already removed, you will still be required to pay the full amount of the original booking.
